Great Breakfast, Beautiful view Over the Xmas break, we stayed at a hotel in Haifa and we were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. the food was delicious and they offered a variety of options to choose from. the view from the hotel was breathtaking. We were able to see the beautiful town and sea. the location was also convenient, as it was close to all the local attractions.
Terrible condition, Unhelpful staff Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the condition of our room. the carpet was old and had stains, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The hotel offered free parking and a quiet location, which were great perks during our Christmas stay. the electric kettle in the room was convenient for making hot drinks.
The room was in need of refurbishment and the bedding and towels were old and worn out. , the internet was very slow, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

It was the worst hotel we have ever been. My room does not reach the minimun hygenical standars, location is bad, staff does not help in any moment, yo have to pay at check-in. Breakfast is one bread and orange juice that you have to prepare! Staff was not helpful and very unpolite. Booking should delete this hotel from the list. In adittion is a very expesive hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Its family run bussiness and u can feel family athmosphere in here. They can speak English and Russian which is a big help. Breakfast is good and i think is much better than continental breakfast in some hotels of North America. Location is secluded, quiet and surrounded by trees, so i felt myself as in the village.
Transportation is not good, may be not bad for younger or athletic people. Taxi cannot drive close to the door of hotel. And public transportation far enough from hotel to be considered as convinient.

The hotel is very good. You have to have in mind that this is not a five star hotel, however, the room was good, it had a kitchenette but it lacked dishes or silvery. It was a little bit tricky to get there, but this is a Haifa issue, not the hotel's.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location on the Rommema hill was perfect for me - a quiet residential area with a nearby park where I could relax and take in the beautiful views of the Mount Carmel. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchenette which was very convenient. I also loved the breakfast, especially the delicious local food that was included.
All was great and I had a wonderful stay.

The staff was helpful.
The rooms were not clean, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, there was a light from outside which shined directly into our room. The location was hard to find, and not conveniently located to anything. The free breakfast was not good at all.

Let's start at the bottom. When you arrive the ramp to the reception area is blocked off so you can either hump your luggage up the ramp or a long flight of steep steps. The hotel offers only a paltry breakfast and nothing else food wise. They will if you request order take out from a locale fast food restaurant. While the lobby was updated the rooms were not. They look like something out of a cheaters motel. The carpet was torn and heavily stained, actually coming away from the walls. In the showers there is a towel warmer however it is not connected to the electrical service and is rusted along with the grommets on the shower curtain. You will get only one sheet on your mattress, no mattress cover is provided.
